  • Science-based targets: Aims for 58.8% Scope 1 reduction by 2034, 100% renewable electricity by 2030, and 63.8% Scope 3 reduction per unit of value-added by 2034.

  • Sustainable procurement approach rollout, engaging 51% of spend.

  • 73% renewable electricity in 2025. External assurance introduced on carbon emissions data.

Build & Test

Social

  • People approach: Policies are fair, merit-based, and transparent. Workforce composition: 65% male, 33% female; leadership is 76% male, 23% female.

  • First associate engagement survey launched.

  • EHS: Safety culture yields a 0.2 incident rate (target < 1.0); improvement from 0.3 in 2024.
